One of the masseurs who accused John Travolta of groping him has filed papers in Los Angeles dropping his lawsuit against the actor, Reuters reported Tuesday.
Meanwhile, Radar Online revealed that another masseuse, "John Doe Number 2," sent complaining emails to his Hotel Spa superiors the day after Travolta allegedly implored him to engage in sexual activity, without specifically mentioning the incident.
"After experiencing insubordination, disrespect and unnecessary gossip are not qualities that I am accustomed to and will not accept in a management position (sic)" John Doe No. 2 wrote, according to Radar Online.
John Doe No. 1 said he made an error calculating the date after Travolta produced a restaurant receipt and photo proving he was in New York City Jan. 16, when the alleged assault supposedly occurred in Beverly Hills.
Travolta's attorney has denounced both suits, and a cruise ship worker's claim that Travolta offered him money for sex, as meritless smears against the star.
