A second male masseur has filed a $2 million sexual battery lawsuit against actor John Travolta following the charges filed by another unidentified male masseur on Monday, RadarOnline.com reported.

The second alleged victim, also unnamed, filed charges Tuesday morning in a Los Angeles court and claims to have "substantial documentation and numerous witnesses regarding the substance of Travolta's actions," according to court documents.

In an complaint amended to include both men, cited as John Doe No. 1 and John Doe No. 2, Travolta is being sued for sexual harassment, sexual assault, sexual battery and intentional infliction of emotional distress.

According to the lawsuit documents, the John Due No. 2 alleges that he was victimized while giving Travolta an in-room massage in his hotel in Atlanta, GA in January. John Doe No. 1 claims to have been assaulted while servicing Travolta as a masseur in the Beverly Hills Hotel, also in January, according to reports. Both men are being represented by the same lawyer and are reportedly seeking a jury trial.

In a statement released Monday, Travolta's rep denied the initial sexual battery charges and said, "This lawsuit is a complete fiction and fabrication...John intends to get this case thrown out, and then he will sue the attorney and the Plantiff for malicious prosecution."
