Judge declares mistrial in Roger Clemens perjury case

The U.S. judge overseeing the trial of baseball great Roger Clemens Thursday declared a mistrial after prosecutors used evidence that he had previously excluded at this stage of the case.
Despite spending four days of jury selection, Reggie Walton declared a mistrial after prosecutor Steven Durham offered evidence that appeared to bolster the credibility of a future witness, former teammate Andy Pettitte, and referenced his wife, in violation of his order
