"Boyfriend" is PERFECT ... or at least Twitter thinks so.

Justin Bieber dropped his new single "Boyfriend" Monday morning just before midnight, and the Internet hasn't stopped freaking out since.

The Biebs seems to be channeling boy band vet Justin Timberlake in his latest single off his upcoming third full-length album, "Believe."

Produced by Mike Posner, the track is full of 808 drops and falsetto runs, and, more noticeably, a deeper-sounding Bieber.

After the single dropped, it sent iTunes into meltdown mode with the number of demands for the track. Biebs was none too pleased by the malfunction.

As iTunes cleaned up the mess, Beliebers took to Twitter to express their joy over the pop star’s first song as an adult.

His "Toy Story" reference ("I could be your Buzz Lightyear, fly across the globe") and love of fondue ("Swag swag swag, on you/ Chillin by the fire why we eatin' fondue") is making girls swoon, as expected, but also seem to be winning over some unlikely fans.

Some Twitter users, however, refuse to Beliebe the hype.
