Mets closer Francisco “K-Rod” Rodriguez is set to plead guilty on Friday to assaulting his girlfriend’s father at Citi Field in August, according to published reports.

Rodriguez, 28, will reportedly have to attend anger management classes, but the plea means he likely won’t spend any time in jail. He faced up to two years behind bars.

The right-handed hurler allegedly pinned Carlos Pena, 53, against a wall and punched him in the head after a game.

The reliever tore a ligament in his pitching hand during the fight, which kept him off the field for the rest of the season. The Mets suspended Rodriguez two games for the fight, but last week said he will be their closer next year.
