Katie Holmes and Alicia Keys were busy gals this weekend!

On Saturday, both ladies were at the massive Global Citizen Festival in Central Park, where Keys performed and Holmes spoke about her support of the benefit concert's mission: to help end extreme poverty.

After the show, Holmes, Keys and the songstress' hubby, Swizz Beatz, all headed over to the grand opening of TAO Downtown.

With gal pals in tow, Holmes hit the TAO soiree without even switching up her outfit, rocking the same cute jeans, striped blazer and black heels she donned at the Global Citizen Fest. According to a witness, the 34-year-old mama of one had a "low-key night," hanging out with friends at a private table for a few hours.

Keys and her beau, meanwhile, were "kissy-kissy" at the bash, said the spy.

Also there were Cameron Diaz, Sofia Vergara (sans fiance Nick Loeb), Debra Messing, Naomi Campbell and Samantha Ronson, who spun the first DJ set of the night.
