With TomKat now officially splitsville, Katie Holmes will get primary custody of the couple's 6-year-old daughter Suri, and Tom Cruise will have "generous" visitation rights, according to published reports.

Holmes, 33, will likely live with Suri (and a reportedly brand new security team) in her new Chelsea home, and the adorable mini-fashionista will be enrolled at a private school this fall, sources told People.

Holmes may also have cleaned up financially in the divorce settlement agreed reached on Monday, with Celebuzz.com citing experts saying she could receive up to $50 million from the deal.

"A reasonable range, to me, would be between $20 and $30 [million]. Plus, she gets her child support. In California, it's usually 7-10% of a person's income -- which, in [Cruise's] case, would make it exorbitant," celeb family attorney Lisa Helfend Meyer told the gossip website.

"Assuming his income is $20 million a year, in California, he's a high income earner. Therefore, the amount of [child] support is based on Suri's reasonable needs," she added.

Cruise, 50, was back yesterday in L.A. on the set of "Oblivion," the sci-fi flick he was shooting in Iceland when Holmes filed for divorce in New York on June 29.

The couple announced their settlement Monday morning, less than two weeks after Holmes filed for divorce reportedly over Holmes' opposition to Suri being raised as Scientologist. The unusually speedy resolution reportedly happened because both Holmes and Cruise wanted to avoid subjecting Suri to a nasty public battle.
