Kenneth Cole makes bid to buy out own company

Fashion designer Kenneth Cole has offered to pay $15 a share to take his company private. Cole said in a letter to shareholders - of which he is the biggest, owning 47% of common stock - that he feared that earnings have trumped innovation.
