Disgraced financial advisor Kenneth Starr was sentenced to 7 1/2 years in prison yesterday for bilking $33 million from celebrity clients and using the money to purchase such luxuries as a posh $7.5 million Manhattan condo, according to federal prosecutors.

Among the 67-year-old accountant’s clients were Martin Scorcese and Sylvester Stallone.
