The Knicks' slim chances of staging a comeback in their first-round series against LeBron James and the Miami Heat got even slimmer on Thursday when Jeremy Lin told reporters that he was unlikely to return in time for Game 4 on Sunday.

"Game 4 doesn't look great," the second-year point guard said before Thursday night's Game 3. "Game 5, I have no idea."

Lin has been out nearly six weeks with a torn left meniscus.
