Kris Humphries calls STD lawsuit a flagrant foul

Kris Humphries is fighting back.

Through his lawyer, the Brooklyn Nets baller sent Kayla Goldberg a letter slamming her "false" claim that Humphries had given her herpes during a sexual encounter a few years back, and that she'd demanded a whole lot of moolah in order to keep quiet. Goldberg is suing Humphries - she said he didn't tell her he had the STD before they got involved.

amNewYork obtained a copy of the letter from Humphries' lawyer, Lee A. Hutton, III, addressed to Goldberg, which called her claims "malicious, defamatory and demonstrably false."

The letter also said Goldberg "demanded $24 million from Kris in exchange to avoid publicity on the matter. Athletes and celebrities have a legal right to exist without harassment."

Hutton added: "It is without hesitation that we will vigorously pursue all availabel remedies to defend and protect" Humphries.

The alleged hepes contraction took place before Humphries met now-ex Kim Kardashian.
