Kris Humphries' 'ex' Myla Sinanaj says they were just friends

Kris Humphries' reported recent fling Myla Sinanaj told Kim Kardashian's divorce lawyers during a deposition Monday that Humphries was just a friend whom she never even texted, according to TMZ.com.

Sinanaj also reportedly denied that Humphries paid her to keep quiet about their supposed relationship.

She reportedly told pals before the deposition that she'd testify that Humphries told her that Kardashian had defrauded him in the marriage, according to TMZ.

Humphries reportedly wants an annulment to the marriage based on fraud, claiming Kardashian only married him to boost ratings of her E! reality shows.

Kardashian is now dating Kanye West.
