Kris Humphries parties in Miami

It appears Kris Humphries doesn't have a care in the world.

Now that his ex-fling Myla Sinanaj says she isn't pregnant with Humphries' baby, the Brooklyn Nets baller (and ex-Mr. Kim Kardashian) was free to party hard in Miami this past weekend.

Humphries, 27, was photographed partying - sans shirt - wearing just a pair of gray shorts with white Calvin Klein underwear sticking out.

Last week, rumors circulated that Kelly Osbourne got Humphries kicked out of a Hollywood club, which he flatly denied, tweeting: "I never usually address garbage, but don't people think that saying I got kicked out of somewhere, when I was literally the last person to leave is a pretty stupid thing to lie about?"
