Move over Tiger Woods and David Letterman — Larry King may be joining your bad hubby club.

The 76-year-old CNN host filed for divorce Wednesday from his from his seventh wife, Shawn Southwick, amid allegations he had an affair with her lookalike sister.

Southwick, a blond beauty who looks younger than her 50 years, filed her own divorce papers minutes after King, citing “irreconcilable differences,” according to TMZ.com. This would be King’s eighth divorce; he remarried one wife before divorcing her again.

Southwick apparently had an “explosive fight” with King at their Beverly Hills home Wednesday morning, accusing him of doting on sister Shannon Engemann, 45, by showering her with gifts during their alleged monthslong affair, including a $160,000 car, according to TMZ.com. Engemann denied to TMZ.com that she had a tryst with King.

“I’m tired of taking the rap for things. I did not have an affair with Larry. He’s been like a father to me,” Engemann said.

King and Southwick have been married for 13 years. King is seeking joint custody of his two sons, and is asking that the court not award his wife any spousal support.

“He hopes the divorce will be amicable,” King’s lawyer told TMZ.com. Howard Rubenstein, a King spokesman, said the journalist’s “major concern is the welfare of his children.”

King once put prime real estate in Southwick’s name to show his commitment to her, TMZ.com. He will attempt to void the agreement in divorce proceedings, the Web site said.

Engemann told TMZ.com: “I have a date tonight and I’m not going to worry about it. I love my sister. What’s happening is not my fault.”
