Lea Michele overwhelmed by fan love for Cory Monteith

Lea Michele is grateful to the fans standing by her boyfriend and “Glee” co-star Cory Monteith while he battles substance addiction.

“Still so overwhelmed by all the love and well wishes we have received from you all ... my heart is so full,” the starlet, 26, tweeted Tuesday.

On Monday, Monteith, 30, announced that he was entering rehab to deal with substance addiction.
