Accused child murderer Levi Aron could be indicted as soon as Wednesday in the death of 8-year-old Brooklyn boy Leiby Kletzky.
Aron, 35, of Kensington, was arrested last week for allegedly kidnapping Kletzky and dismembering the boy at Aron's Kensington home. Now that the Brooklyn district attorney's office has received Kletzky's cause of death, Aron could be indicted this afternoon, according to CBS New York. The Brooklyn DA's office declined to comment.
The defense has indicated that Aron may plead insanity, and his lawyer told a judge that Aron hears voices.
