Life-saving catch made by daughter of ex-Yankee manager Joe Torre in Bay Ridge

A woman identified in press reports as Cristina Torre, 44, the daughter of former Yankees manager Joe Torre caught a baby boy who fell from a second story window in Bay Ridge, police said.
The baby reportedly toddled out on to a fire escape, fell onto a shop sign and tumbled off an awning, and was caught by Torre.
The baby was checked out at a hospital, but was in good condition, police said.
His parents were charged with reckless endangerment and acting in a manner injurious to a child. The baby and his siblings, are in the care of the Administration of Childrens Services.
