Lindsay Lohan back in court for probation violation

Lindsay Lohan is back in court yet again Wednesday for violating her probation, and if the rumor mill is right, this could be her day of reckoning.
The Los Angeles City Attorney and the Los Angeles County District Attorney's office are set to join forces and recommend that the judge revoke Lohan's probation and send her to the slammer for 90 days, according to RadarOnline.com.
The two officers have authority at today's hearing because Lohan, 25, committed crimes in both of their jurisdictions.
The hearing was scheduled on Oct. 18 by Judge Stephanie Sautner after Lohan violated the probation stemming from her necklace theft conviction bys kipping out on her court-ordered community service. While could receive up to 18 months behind bars, it's highly unlikely because of overcrowding in Los Angles prisons.
Her attorney, Shawn Holley, will reportedly argue that LiLo has been in full compliance with her probation. Over the last two weeks, Lohan has put in 24 hours at a Los Angeles morgue to show she's gotten the message.
The long-troubled starlet is reportedly seeking closure for her many legal entanglements -- including two DUIs in Los Angeles -- as she has movie projects in the hopper, RadarOnline said.
"Lindsay recognizes it's time to have closure on this. Lindsay has several projects we will be announcing in the coming months, and she is looking forward to being back on set," Lohan's rep Steve Honig told the celebrity gossip website.
Her attorney and publicist didn't return requests for comment.
