Lindsay Lohan fires lawyer Shawn Holley

The lawyer who repeatedly kept Lindsay Lohan out of jail has been fired, TMZ reports.
Shawn Holley, received a letter of termination by Lohan's New York lawyer Mark Heller, according to TMZ.
Lohan, 26, apparently told friends she never wanted to fire Holley, but a source close to Heller's office said Lohan's signature is on the document, TMZ reported.
Holley was going to represent Lohan's lying-to-cops case in LA.
