Lindsay Lohan involved in fight at W hotel, but no one will be charged

What would a weekend be without a little Lindsay Lohan drama?

The endlessly troubled LiLo got in a mini bout at the W hotel with a 25-year-old man she met at celeb hangout 1 Oak and brought to her hotel room.

Lohan snatched his iPhone from him when she found he was covertly taking photos and videos of her, according to published reports.

Police declined to confirm reports that

Chris Labella, of Los Angeles, tried to choke Lohan and threw her on the bed after she took his phone. Published reports also said Lohan, 26, had cuts on her hands.

Her rep confirmed the fight and said Lohan wasn't hospitalized, but declined to elaborate.

Labella was arrested and initially charged with assault and harassment, but police dropped the charges after they couldn't substantiate them, an NYPD spokesman said.He was released from custody late yesterday afternoon.

Still, Labella and Lohan both filed harassment complaints against each other, but neither will be arrested or charged, and neither will have any court dates.

This is the second run-in with the law in just over two weeks for Lohan. She was charged with a misdemeanor after leaving the scene of an accident after allegedly clipping a Manhattan cook with her Porsche near the Dream Hotel in Chelsea.
