Though Lindsay Lohan's life is the stuff that Lifetime movies are made of, the troubled actress won't be the subject of an upcoming made-for-TV flick. But she may be starring in one.

After getting the boot from an upcoming Linda Lovelace biopic and the movie "Gotti: Three Generations," Lohan may make her big return to acting by playing film icon Elizabeth Taylor in a 2012 Lifetime movie, Deadline.com reported Tuesday.

According to Deadline, the 25-year-old starlet is in "early talks" to star in the movie "Elizabeth & Richard: A Love Story," which chronicles Taylor's famed romance with actor Richard Burton. Taylor died in March 2011 at the age of 79. Lifetime did not return a request for comment as of press time.

The news wasn't all good yesterday for Lohan, as TMZ.com reported that the Playboy cover model owes the federal government more than $93,000 - the result of never paying her 2009 income tax. If Lohan fails to pay, the government can go after her possessions.
