The unendingly troubled Lindsay Lohan is set to have her probation revoked after officials determined she lied to police offers about her June car crash, according to TMZ.com.

Lohan, 26, told cops she wasn't behind the wheel when her black Porsche slammed into an 18-wheeler in Santa Monica, Calif., when in fact she was, the gossip site said.

After the crash, Lohan told police that her assistant was driving, but TMZ.com reported earlier this month that the assistant went to the cops and said Lohan was driving.

Lohan will be charged with lying to a police officer and the judge will revoke her probation and set the case for a full hearing, according to TMZ.com.

Reps for Lohan could not be reached for comment. The "Liz & Dick" star is on probation for stealing a necklace from a California jewelry store last year.

In March, she was put on "informal probation" after Judge Stephanie Sautner said Lohan had completed everything the court required of her, but that can still be revoked.
