There’s no ducking it.

Troubled actress Lindsay Lohan is to be charged Wednesday for allegedly stealing a “one-of-a-kind” necklace from a California jewelry store last month, the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office said.

Lohan, 24, is to surrender herself at an L.A. courthouse at 4:30 p.m. Eastern time, when she is expected to be arraigned on one count of felony grand larceny and taken for her latest booking photo. She faces up to three years in prison if convicted.

The “Mean Girls” star allegedly took the $2,500 trinket on Jan. 24 from a store in Venice, Calif. She was reportedly seen wearing the necklace — which is gold with semi-precious stones — in store security video before it went missing.

She was also reportedly seen wearing the necklace a week later, though she had it on loan and was going to return.

Neither Lohan’s rep nor attorney returned requests for comment, but her lawyer has said that she would fight any charges brought against her.

The actress is currently on probation stemming from a 2007 DUI case. She is also under investigation for allegedly assaulting an employee at the Betty Ford Center, where she stayed for three months of court-ordered rehab after testing positive for drugs last year.
