Lindsay Lohan has had enough of her dad -- and this time she means it.

LiLo is set to fly to New York this week to meet with her family and figure out how to get Lohan patriarch Michael out of her life, after his botched intervention on Friday went awry, according to TMZ.com.

Michael, 52, allegedly tried to stage the intervention for Linz with the help of her manager, entertainment attorney and criminal defense attorney, TMZ reported.

The four allegedly had been arranging the meeting all month, after Michael sent out an email to the other three saying he had heard Lindsay was "drinking between a bottle and a bottle and a half of vodka per day," and that people had "seen the empty bottles and even cocaine in her room at Chateau," according to TMZ.

But Lindsay, 26, flipped out when her father showed up and called the cops, and now will seek legal protection to keep Michael completely out of her life, the gossip site said.

Lindsay's rep declined to comment on the report.

Still, between all of her family infighting, Lindsay has found a new boyfriend, Josh Chunn, according to published reports.

Chunn, 25, recently met Lohan at a friend's home and the pair started dating shortly afterward, reports said.

"I think I'm the best influence on her," Chunn said, according to the Daily News. "The deal is she is surrounded by a bunch of f---ups."
