The MTA's FastTrack service changes are back this week and will impact late night Manhattan riders who use the F, D, B and M lines.

Starting Monday, service will be shutdown between the 57 Street stop and 14th Street stop between 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. till Friday.

The MTA says as many as 37,500 riders will be affected each night by the shutdown, and should add about 20 extra minutes to their commute.

The agency says the maintenance program lets workers do their jobs more efficiently because they don't have to pause work and get off the track when a train passes by. The next shutdown will take place next month on the A, C, and E lines.
