Police arrested a 24-year-old man Thursday for the murder of a woman whose body was stuffed inside a drum in her Harlem apartment. Bismark Lithgow was charged with second-degree murder for the death of 19-year-old Francis Angelica Alfonso Pellerano. Pellerano’s body had multiple stab wounds when police found her inside the apartment on Adam Clayton Powell Jr. Boulevard and West 140th Street.
