Ryan Beauchamp, 33, of Larchmont, was arrested yesterday and charged with attempted assault and harassment in connection with a fight last Friday at the Bedford Ave. subway stop that resulted in the death of a Howard Beach man under the wheels of the L Train.

Beauchamp - the alleged subject of a city-wide search - was taken to the 94th Precinct for questioning in the death of Joshua Basin, 20, on Monday morning. Both men tumbled onto the tracks during their altercation on the Bedford St. platform, but Beauchamp managed to pull himself up and out of the way of the train before it arrived, authorities said.
