A man suspected of firing at two NYPD officers while wearing a disguise was arraigned Wednesday and charged with attempted murder.

Queens District Attorney Richard Brown said 53-year-old Antonio Olmeda opened fire on two patrolmen as they tried to question him on Dec. 2. They were uninjured.

Olmeda was wearing a trench coat, fedora, fake beard and glasses at the time, according to prosecutors. He refused to take his hands out of his pockets when asked by officers, and instead pulled out a gun and fired twice. He fled, shedding his disguise.

DNA on the glasses matched Olmeda, Brown said.

Prosecutors said officers also found a revolver and other ammunition.

The Legal Aid Society is representing Olmeda and didn't return a call seeking comment.
