A man was found decapitated inside a Queens F-train subway station during the morning rush yesterday, after apparently being by a Manhattan-bound train, according to officials and published reports.
The unidentified man was found by a rider around 9 a.m. near the north end of the track, and the station agent was immediately notified,according to reports. The man was declared dead at the scene.
Incoming train traffic was halted in the station as investigators cleared the scene and interviewed train crews that had been in the station, reports said, and officials were unsure how he ended up on the tracks.
