An 18-year-old man was fatally stabbed after he talked to a girl near Prospect Park in Brooklyn and was pursued by a group of men, according to police and published accounts Saturday.

Police said they found the man, who had been stabbed multiple times, at Parade Place and Crooke Avenue at 5:28 p.m. Friday.

An ambulance crew took the man to Kings County Hospital Center, where he was pronounced dead, police said.

The victim's name had not been released late Saturday.
