4-year-old with Down syndrome found with mother in Queens, NYPD says

A four-year-old girl who had disappeared with her mother was found on Tuesday in Queens, the NYPD said.
Police issued an Amber Alert for Mia Olarte on Tuesday after her mother, Dora Olarte, who does not have custody, failed to return Mia to her Bronx foster home on Monday night.
The pair were taken to Elmhurst Hospital for evaluation. No more information is known at this time. Mia has Down syndrome.
