Three boys were arrested and charged with attempting to sexually assault a 12-year-old girl in a Brooklyn middle school, police said.

The incident occurred on Oct. 6 inside Mott Hall IV Middle School in Bedford–Stuyvesant, but police did not have more specifics about what occurred. They said it was reported on Oct. 7 by the principal.

Two of the boys are 12 and one is 14, cops said. Two were arrested on Oct. 7 and the third was arrested Oct. 10, they said.
