Starlet Miley Cyrus, 19, is a suspect in a criminal battery that allegedly went down on Saturday night at a Hollywood nightclub theater, TMZ reported Monday.
According to the site, the alleged victim filed a police report claiming he was sitting behind Cyrus and fiance Liam Hemsworth at Beacher's Madhouse, when the victim and his pals "accidentally" hit Hemsworth's chair.
Well, some heated words were exchanged, and Hemsworth got in the victim's face, according to the victim. Apparently, Cyrus tried to break things up, and reportedly hit him in the face. That said, a witness told TMZ that Cyrus never punched anyone.
