Alex Rodriguez is one of about 20 players facing suspension for involvement in the Miami clinic that is being probed for its role in performance-enhancing drug scandal, according to ESPN.

The shuttered clinic's founder, Tony Bosch, agreed to cooperate with the MLB's investigation, and the suspensions could come down within the next few weeks, ESPN reported Tuesday. The players could include Rodriguez, Ryan Braun, Melky Cabrera, Bartolo Colon and more than a dozen other players.

The players could face 100-game suspensions for two offenses: being associated with Bosch, and previously denying that connection or using PEDs, ESPN said. Bosch is expected to begin meeting with the MLB next week.

If the suspensions all go through, it would be one of the largest group disciplines in baseball history.
