Model Jessica White dodges criminal charges

Model Jessica White managed to dodge criminal charges for an alleged tussle with another woman over a cab outside a Chelsea nightclub last October.

Yesterday, a Manhattan Criminal Court judge told the 26-year-old Sport’s Illustrated swimsuit stunner that her misdemeanor assault charges will be dismissed if she steers clear of trouble for six months, serves three days of community service and goes to anger management classes for two days.

In addition, White has to pay $489.94 to compensate Vanessa Kia, the Connecticut resident she was accused of striking.

“Jessica maintains her innocence, and this case will correctly end in a complete dismissal.  She accepted the DA’s conditions so she can bring a swift end to this matter and focus on her career and her charity without further distraction,” White’s lawyer, David Smith, told us. 

“As I have said from the beginning, I maintain my innocence, and I’m really happy with the outcome of today — it allows to me to move on with my life,” White added.

White — a West Side resident who briefly dated Sean Penn in 2009 — recently started a charity called the Angel Wing Foundation for female victims of abuse.
