 The 39-year-old model and hubby Scott Stuber have welcomed a baby boy. 
 "They both couldn't be happier," a source close to the couple told <a href="http://celebritybabies.people.com/2012/06/19/molly-sims-welcomes-son/">People</a>&nbsp;magazine. 
 This is the couple's first child.
