More advertisers bailed from Rush Limbaugh's radio program Monday in response to his controversial comments about a Georgetown law student, with AOL, Tax Resolution Services and Allstate Insurance the latest to flee.

Allstate was the 10th company to yank its commercials, although the company said on Facebook "an error had been made" and it never intended to advertise on Limbaugh's nationally syndicated show in the first place.

The conservative shock jock called law student Sandra Fluke a "slut" and "prostitute" after she testified to Congress last week about the need for employers to cover contraception in health plans.

Limbaugh apologized Saturday, and then attempted to do further damage control Monday with his radio audience.

"I acted too much like the leftists who despise me," he said, adding that he has other companies willing to advertise.

Fluke, 30, appeared on ABC's "The View" on Monday to reject his apology, saying it was only "issued when he's under significant pressure from his sponsors who have begun to pull their support."
