Q: What time is your alarm set for?

A: 3:15 a.m.

Q: Are you a snoozer or do you pop right out of bed?

A: I quietly pop so as not to wake my wife.

Q: What time are you usually in bed the night before?

A: 9:30 to 10 p.m.

Q: What about breakfast? What do you eat and where?

A: I eat in my dressing room — a protein shake with berries, almond butter and ginger.

Q: How do you prepare for the day’s show?

A: Prepare???

Q: Well, do you read the morning papers?

A: All the usual suspects, but the online editions.

Q: Do you ever wake up and see that it’s raining and think, “Damn, I predicted sun”?

A: Ha!

Q: OK, do you ever watch the weather on the evening news to scope out your competition?

A: There’s weather on TV at other times? Wow!
