Logan Henderson, a star of Nickelodeon’s TV hit “Big Time Rush” and a singer with the band of the same name, doesn’t have much time between waking up and rushing to the set by 6:30 a.m.

What time does your alarm go off? It changes, but … around 5:30, because we get to work so early. It’s super-early.

Do you hit snooze? Oh, I’m a total snoozer, because I’m like, “Ah, nobody’s going to be driving the roads at 6 o’clock, so I’ll sleep a little more.” I’ll snooze a good one or two times, then I’ll get up and crawl my way to the shower.

That’ll wake you up. Yeah, I turn on a really nice, hot shower. I shower for a long time. Then, at that point, I’m like, “I got to hurry up and get out the door.”

But you need to get dressed first. Usually, it’s comfy clothes on my way to work, because usually, I go straight into wardrobe.

No time for breakfast?!? No, I just eat it at work. I’m like, “I’ve got to get out of here. I’ll just eat some snick-snacks at work.”
