We caught up with "Real Housewives of NYC" cast member Countess LuAnn DeLesseps — who splits her time between Manhattan and the Hamptons — to find out how she starts the day.

What time do you typically wake up?
I'm up at 7:00 AM to get my children to school. Thank goodness for the weekends when I get to sleep in and snuggle with my kids.

Are you a snoozer or do you pop right out of bed?
Once I'm awake, I don't fall back to sleep. "Real Housewives of NYC" call times vary greatly when we're filming and I believe in the power of punctuality.

What's for breakfast?
Every morning I have toasted bread, fruit and coffee. When I'm feeling naughty, I have a chocolate croissant from Zabar's.

Coffee? Paper?
Coffee always! I read the NY papers every morning, flipping to my horoscope first.

What's next?
After breakfast, I drive my kids to school, then I head out to Pilates or for a run on the beach or in the park if I'm in the city. Getting my exercise in is always a morning priority. After I work out, I'm energized and ready for whatever the day holds.
