This documentary will go down well with any lover of spirits or well-crafted cocktails. And it will definitely make you thirsty.

Director Douglas Tirola tells the story of "mixologists" across the country who think of the bar as a stage, and who treat the process of making a drink as more than just mixing ingredients together.

The film's action focuses on two main characters: Steve Schneider, an ex-Marine turned mixologist at Employees Only in NYC and Steve Carpentieri, a former VP at Citi Group who owns and runs Dunville's in Westport, CT, a business that has been faltering. To save it, Carpentieri begins slinging craft cocktails.
