Whether you’ve lost your purse on the bus, are having trouble with your MetroCard or are trying to figure out which subway to take, there’s now a single, simple number to call to get answers.
The MTA has reduced its 117 customer service numbers down to one phone number — 511 — which can be used for all transportation information.
