It’s already a drag, but weekend subway service will likely get a bit slower on seven lines come December.

NYC Transit plans to reduce weekend service by a minute or two on the No. 1, 7, A, F, J, L and M lines, according to MTA documents.

The cuts are in response to ridership changes, and would save the agency $1.4 million a year, the documents state. The MTA board will vote on the changes Wednesday, and will also likely approve some service reductions on 31 bus lines.
