MTA worker commits suicide in station

An MTA security guard killed herself in a Brooklyn subway station Saturday afternoon, the NYPD said.
The 53-year-old MTA worker from Brooklyn shot herself with a gun inside a bathroom at the Flatbush Avenue-Brooklyn College subway station at 1 p.m. She was there to watch MetroCard machines as they underwent maintenance. The MTA did not return a call for comment.
