Wei Chu Hu, 45, who is accused of setting a fire in his NoLita apartment building Jan. 10 that killed an upstairs neighbor and left his other neighbors homeless, was indicted on arson, assault and murder charges and is due back in court on April 2, the Manhattan district attorney announced Tuesday.
