N.J. Gov. Chris Christie kills $420,000 'Jersey Shore' tax break

Here’s the situation: There will be no tax breaks for “Jersey Shore.”
N.J. Gov. Chris Christie squashed a $420,000 tax credit yesterday for the MTV show, saying that while he has no interest in policing such matters, he’s “duty-bound” to ensure that taxpayers aren’t footing the bill for the misconception-perpetuating reality show.
