A matchup between defending NCAA champion Kentucky and Duke headlines ESPN's 2012 Tip-Off Marathon on Nov. 13, with 24 hours of games that has become the unofficial kickoff of college basketball's regular season.
Steve Lavin-led St. John's will also be a part of the marathon day, when the Red Storm play Detroit in their first game of the regular season.
