'Les Miserables'
Everyone talks about Anne Hathaway's performance in this musical adaptation, but I'd like to give a shout out to the much maligned work of Russell Crowe. I - and I might be alone here - liked his singing. The movie was really good, by the way. (Out Friday. DVD, $29.98; Blu-ray/DVD combo, $34.98)
'Zero Dark Thirty'
Jessica Chastain stars in this Oscar-winning film about the 10-year search for Osama bin Laden. (DVD, $30.99; Blu-ray/DVD combo, $40.99)
'The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey'
Stop me if you've heard this one: A Hobbit, some dwarves and a wizard go off on a long walk ... Fun, but LONG. (DVD, $28.98; Blu-ray/DVD combo, $35.99; Blu-ray 3-D/Blu-ray/DVD combo, $44.95)
'This is 40'
Paul Rudd and Leslie Mann star in this sort-of follow-up to Judd Apatow's "Knocked Up." (Out Friday. DVD, $29.98; Blu-ray/DVD combo, $34.98)
'Bachelorette'
If you're looking for more wedding laughs after "Bridesmaids," RSVP to this comedy featuring Rebel Wilson and Kirsten Dunst. (DVD, $24.98; Blu-ray, $29.99)
'Jersey Shore'
If you really want to catch up on the final season of the late reality series, or the whole dang thing, then now's your chance. You also might want to consider therapy. ('Final,' DVD, $29.99; 'Complete,' DVD, $129.99)
