Blake Lively is painting the town “newlywed.”

For the first time since tying the knot with actor Ryan Reynolds last month, “Gossip Girl” star Lively hit the red carpet, attending Chanel Fine Jewelry’s 80th anniversary celebration for the “Bijoux de Diamants” collection in NYC on Oct. 9.

Looking lovely in a plunging silver Chanel dress, Lively happily posed for photogs, but — ever the private one — cleverly concealed her hands in the frock’s pockets to hide her rings — though she did give the cameras a few opportunities to snap the blinding bling.

Reynolds — whose marriage to Lively was a well-kept secret before the two tied the knot — joined his wife at the event but didn’t pose with her on the red carpet.

Also at the event — which included a private dinner prepared by Chef Michael White — were stars including January Jones, Nate Berkus, Alexa Chung and Elle Fanning.
