The jury in the trial of two NYPD cops charged with raping a drunken woman completed its third day of deliberations early Friday without a verdict.

The panel asked to knock off at 1 p.m. In its only note, it asked for the legal instructions relating to a charge that the cops falsified records to be reread. Since getting the case on Wednesday, jurors have asked for a transcript of a secretly recorded meeting between the accuser and one of the officers, and log books the officers allegedly falsified.

Officers Kenneth Moreno and Franklin Mata are charged with raping a Gap fabric designer, then 27, after escorting her upstairs from a cab. Her blood-alcohol level was an estimated .32 percent after a night of drinking, officials said.

Prosecutors say the officers returned to the woman's apartment three times. The officers say there was no intercourse.

Deliberations resume next week.
